Free Shipping:
There is free shipping for all orders over $100.
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Β This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Β As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Β If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. Β If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Β We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Β If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us atΒ info@escooterpowerhouse.com.au

At Vamos Bikes, weβre all about happy rides, so we honour a 28-day return policy. If you're not completely thrilled with your purchase, no worries! Just send it back to us within 28 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price.

- Shipping Costs: Sorry, but shipping costs arenβt refundable.

How to Return:
Send an email to info@escooterpowerhouse with your order details, what you want to return and why and we will contact the supplier and go through the return process.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If somethingβs not right, like if it's defective, damaged, or the wrong item - let us know immediately so we can make it right!
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, sale items are a no-go for returns.
Exchanges:
Want something else? The quickest way is to return the item you have. Once accepted, make a new purchase for what you really want!
Refunds:
Weβll let you know once weβve received and checked your return. If all is good, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card might take a bit longer to post it.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we canβt offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If we receive your item and it does not meet these requirements, the refund will not be granted and the customer will need to pay return shipping + handling costs.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds on orders due to a change of mind before the product is shipped are permitted, but the customer will absorb the processing fees and payment gateway fees. VIPPA will not suffer the loss of processing fees and payment gateway fees due to a change of mind or false order. VIPPA will also not suffer the loss of processing fees and payment gateway fees due to any other situation that is out of our control. A full store credit option is available for change-of-mind orders.
The handling fee on returned products will apply at 10% of the purchase price for returns due to a change of mind or due to selecting the incorrect item at checkout. In these cases contact our friendly customer support team to discuss our item exchange option (only applicable if the item has not yet been shipped). If an exchange is granted the customer will need to pay the return shipping + handling costs of the exchanged item. If the item has already been shipped and you then return the item due to a change of mind or due to selecting the incorrect item at checkout the 10% handling fee will apply and a store credit may be granted, If a store credit is granted and this is used to purchase a new item, the customer will need to pay the shipping + handling costs of the newly purchased item plus the difference in cost if applicable.
There are certain situations where refunds or store credits are not granted (if applicable):
- Any product with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date
- Any item that is not in its original packaging
- Any item where the original packaging is damaged

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you havenβt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donβt guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customers may return products under the following conditions:
Timeframe:
The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Proof of Purchase: The Customer must present an order number or other proof of purchase.
Condition of Product: The product must be in its original packaging and condition, complete with all accessories.
Fees Associated with Returns
Unused Products: If the product is unused and the packaging remains unopened, the Customer will incur a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price, in addition to any applicable shipping fees.
Used Products:
If the product has been used or the packaging has been opened, the Customer will be responsible for shipping fees and a rental fee of $70 per week, commencing from the date of receipt as confirmed by the courier until the date the issue is reported, or a 30% restocking fee, whichever amount is greater.
Non-Returnable Products
Products cannot be returned under the following circumstances:
The product was personalized or made to the Customerβs specifications.
The nature of the product renders it unsuitable for return.
The product is not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and has been unsealed after delivery.
Compliance with Australian Consumer Law
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, the Seller reserves the right to decline refund requests for minor issues. In such cases, the Seller may offer repair or replacement as an alternative.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns requested after the 30-day period may be declined by the Seller.
Agreement to Policies
By making a purchase, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the policies regarding refunds and returns, including the responsibility for applicable fees, such as shipping.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. Β If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. Β We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. Β If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
